Free Introductory Sessions Offered to Businesses and Organizations
Have you ever wished that NVC was a part of the language spoken at your workplace, if it isn't already, or at more places where you do business?
Wouldn't it be wonderful if team members, managers and owners had access to more skills in their communication tool belts?
Aviva Longinotti, a founder of NVCSC, is offering Free Introductory Sessions (60-90 min) to businesses and organizations of all kinds. Please email her if you know a place that might be interested.
Business and Organizational Training
Mediation and Conflict Resolution
We provide mediation for groups (2-40) who have reached an impasse in their mutual understanding and abilitiy to work harmoniously and productively, so that they can regain trust and respect and have open communication in their workplace. We recommend sessions of 2-4 hours, preferable followed by a specific interpersonal communication training.
Organizational Development
We provide trainings and follow-up support in:

Gossip Reduction: Reducing stressful communication, and incrasing morale in the workplace |

Performance Evaluations: Creating and using an effective model to communicate standards, and give/receive feedback |
Customer Service Training: We assess the needs of the customer service department, the needs of the customer, and provide a training that is effective for all parties |
Organizational Diagnostics. Would you like your business or organization to be more effective, efficient, and collaborative? This requires a willingness to step back and explore the interactions of people in the context in which they operate. An Organizational Diagnostics helps identify structural and operational strengths and weaknesses, improve communication, decision-making, and goal setting. NVCSC trainer Christine King is available to work with clients interested in participating in this process. If you are a principal or director of a for-profit or non-for-profit organization, I am offering a pro-bono Organizational Diagnostics for one small company (5-15 employees) this summer.
