Todd PhillipsTodd Phillips is a co-founder of Restorative Resources Santa Cruz and has taught hundreds of experiential workshops and classes in many topics including Restorative Practices, Compassionate Communication, and Full Bodied Movement for Connection and Healing.  He received his coaching certification from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in 2001, and has been coaching ever since. Todd was trained in Nonviolent Communication in 2002 and is a big proponent of self-expression through play! He has been learning, teaching, and performing improvisation with Um…Gee…Um since 1997, creating skits, musicals, and stories on the spot. What Todd loves about improv is that it fosters the life skills of being fully present in the moment, risk taking, listening, cooperating, and letting go of survival strategies. In keeping with his deep intent to promote connection and healing, Todd recently designed and implemented a mentorship program for clients at the Santa Cruz AIDS Project.  .
