Transforming Core Beliefs

March 4, 2017 @ 10:00 am - March 5, 2017 @ 5:00 pm

This non-residential weekend is aimed at those of us who have already done a chunk of Inner Work/Living Compassion
work, giving us an opportunity to make space for mining our own core beliefs. We all know that NVC can give us a hand with seeing how our stories and thoughts play out. This weekend will have us move into the territory of the kinds of beliefs that haunt us over and over, that interfere with our sense of empowerment, hope, self-acceptance and growth. We’ll explore those persistent thoughts that take us away from life, away from self connection, and transform them into life serving connections to our values.

Kristin finds this to be powerful work, in her own life and with clients, allowing us to step into transforming-closeup
freedom more often, to be less tied up by stubborn. old ideas about ourselves. She’ll draw on methods and approaches she has gleaned from Robert Gonzales and Sarah Peyton. Some of those attending will no doubt have some exposure to one or the other,

Kristin requests that anyone who wants to take this series who has not been a part of an intensive NVC learning experience please contact her at kristin@nvcsantacruz.org prior to registering. The rest of you, please do pre-register by February 25 so I can plan accordingly, even if you plan to pay at the door, do let me know you are coming.               To register, click here.

(It will take at least 8 people registered to make this fly, so that we can spread our own wings…)

Saturday March 4, starting promptly at 10 am (please arrive to settle in by 9:45am), ending at 6pm

Sunday March 5, 10am-5pm

Both days will have a 90 min midday lunch, to allow ample time for going to eat, taking a walk, a nap or connecting with others.
