Good Grief is for everyone and anyone who is wanting a safe and supportive container to experience the intense and often hidden experience of grieving. Mourning is not always about the death of a loved one. It might be the death of a dream, a pet, or loss of a relationship or job that gave meaning and security. Come together in a circle of acceptance and open-hearted listening and experience the power of compassionately embracing our losses.

Her NVC passions include helping people discover their inner truths and heal deep wounds, practice groups, and role-plays. She considers herself a lifelong student of NVC and enjoys using her husband of 22 years and their three children as her guinea pigs.
