NVC Santa Cruz Classes - NVC for Couples

Aviva and Rick will share their own stories as examples of “The Jackal Show”---thinking that leads partners toward anger and hurt. We’ll practice using self-empathy and NVC to work through uncomfortable conflict. We’ll practice having our partner act as our ally in overcoming fear, blame and guilt.
