Honoring the Wisdom of Anger, Fear,
and other BIG emotions

Have you been told you need an anger management class? Contrarily, are you someone who has a hard time expressing your anger? Would you rather not feel your fear or sadness? Or, are you a person who has difficulty experiencing and/or expressing emotions at all? This class is all about emotional literacy, emotional intelligence, and understanding our emotions for the messengers they are. Rather than repressing, dissociating, or expressing in an unskillful way, we can learn to channel our emotions in healthy and productive ways that respect our boundaries, our intuition, and our ability to let go. Through exercises, small group work, and movement, we will learn to honor the wisdom that our emotions offer and welcome them back into our lives.
