Breaking Free of Anger, Fear, & other BIG emotions

Are you feeling fearful about the future or angry about something that happened in the past? Would you like to free yourself from these stressful emotions? Feelings such as anger, fear, guilt, shame, grief, and depression can be so overwhelming and difficult, we often prefer to do anything but experience them. And yet, it takes substantial
energy to suppress these emotions. When they are denied, we can become the opposing force that holds the emotions in place.
This series will help you discover the beliefs, thoughts, and habits formed in relation to these emotions and practical skills to understand and transform them. Uncover habitual thoughts that have kept you from fully connecting with yourself in challenging situations.
